About CHILDREN'S WORKSHOPS

FUN & INFORMATIVE!

Nicole has designed her workshops specifically for children. She blends the healing benefits of art with digestible, engaging insights into Métis culture and storytelling. This educational group experience fosters essential life skills, including cognitive development, creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Nicole brings a gentle, healing touch while keeping the activities fun and enjoyable for kids.

TYPES OF WORKSHOPS

There are 2 available children's workshops , "New Beginnings"  and "The Power of Pointillism".

New Beginnings

New Beginnings is a workshop where Nicole blends the therapeutic benefits of pointillism, Indigenous culture, and meditation. It offers an approachable mix of light information and hands-on art-making, guiding participants to create a pointillism piece with three intermittent breaks for restful meditation. Throughout the session, participants receive gentle guidance to learn and absorb calming practices that ease daily stress. As they work on their artwork, they enter a meditative state that they can carry into home practice if they choose, using art as a therapeutic release.

The Power of Pointillism

The Power of Pointillism is a workshop where Nicole blends the therapeutic benefits of pointillism with Indigenous cultural insights and the exploration of storytelling. It offers a friendly, accessible mix of light information and hands-on art-making, guiding participants to create a pointillism piece. Throughout the session, participants receive gentle guidance to learn calming practices that help ease daily stress. As they work on their artwork, they enter a meditative state that can be carried into home practice if they choose.
